Gina was introduced to the running world when her parents bribed her with $5 to run a mile around her neighborhood. By the time she was finished, they owed her $10. Gina ran cross country and track in high school, which continued through college. Her college running career concluded with 10 NCAA D3 All-American recognitions, on being a NCAAD3 Champion in the Indoor 1500.
After college, Gina moved to Colorado Springs to work with the US Olympic Training Committee. This is where she meet Nancy Hobbs, President of ATRA (American Trail Running Association)…who hooked Gina on trail running after a few excursions on Pike’s Peak. She’s been trail racing ever since and doesn’t see that subsiding anytime soon.

Gina's Trail Tested Gear
The Pack Run Cap is one of the best pieces of head gear on the market. This is a staple in my trail run kit... lightweight, breathable, and packs down to practically nothing. The elastic pull cord in the back is an especially nice touch, as it is easy to use and involves less hardware than most caps. -Gina
