Customer Service Representative
Santa Rosa, CA

We are hiring a CSR to manage customer queries to support our online digital sales.  You will also be asked to process our direct to consumer and wholesale orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.  To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experiences working with computers.

The Customer Service representative (CSR) is the “voice” of BUFF. The CSR is responsible for all aspects of order processing from initial receipt of customer purchase order until the customer is satisfied with the delivery of their order. The CSR is the primary customer contact and is responsible for assuring the customer receives excellent service in addition to acting with Management as the internal interface for all customer post sales activity.

Sales Specialist
Santa Rosa, CA

The Sales Specialist’s role is to develop and implement sales initiatives and define strategies to achieve targeted Custom Program sales growth. Responsibilities include monitoring BUFF® retail and Custom accounts for retention and growth, defining ways to enter into additional markets and attract new customers in a business development role. This position will direct and execute all aspects of the Custom process, communicating and completing each step from inquiry to delivering final product. The Sales Specialist will define, manage, track and pursue incoming leads from, Buff, Inc., Sales Representatives and Tradeshows and communicate and pursue results. In addition, the Sales Specialist will develop a strategic sales plan to identify and contact new clients in new channels, research organizations and individuals to locate new opportunities, establish a rapport and arrange meetings. This position also incorporates planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to support new client acquisition and custom outreach. The Sales Specialist will act as a liaison between the customer and design/production teams in Spain to manage and complete all individual Custom projects.

The Sales Specialist, as a member of the Sales team, will manage, assist and fulfill all sales support functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing and shipping seasonal sample needs, supplying invoices to accounting, assisting with sales presentation materials, generating and supplying reports, tradeshow organization and other support related tasks.
